The University of West London is now accepting applications for its partially funded UWL International Ambassador Scholarships.
About the University of West London (UWL) and Scholarship
A public research university with campuses in Ealing, Brentford, and Reading, Berkshire, the University of West London (UWL) was founded in the UK.
The Lady Byron School, which eventually became Ealing College of Higher Education, was established in 1860, the year the institution was formed. In 1992, Thames Valley University (TVU), then known as the Polytechnic of West London, became a university. It was renamed to its present name 18 years later, following several mergers, acquisitions, and campus relocations. The founding of the Lady Byron School in 1860, on the site of what is now the University of West London’s Ealing campus, is where the institution’s history begins.
The University of West London (UWL) is pleased to announce that it will award up to 100 scholarships worth up to £5,000 for undergraduate first-year tuition and up to £2,000 for postgraduate tuition to overseas students intending to start in February or September 2023 who will be paying fees.
Outstanding students who want to represent UWL abroad should be recognized and supported financially with the help of UWL International Ambassador Scholarships. You will represent the university in a proactive manner as an ambassador. As a result of your participation in current and upcoming promotional events, the institution’s marketing department will interview you and take photos of you.
The student will occasionally assist in promoting the university by sponsoring activities planned for scholars and activities run by the international office. The scholar acknowledges that their involvement in promotional activities will not be compensated. The scholar transfers to the University all intellectual property rights and other rights resulting from the creation of the promotional materials. In the case that the scholarship recipient is not meeting the role criteria, the University maintains the right to rescind the award.
This form has five sections that must all be filled out completely. You accept the institution’s scholarship terms by submitting this form. This form won’t be taken into account if any parts are blank. You may only apply for a scholarship if you satisfy the requirements (see below).
The university is searching for excellent applicants who will significantly benefit the school and the larger global community and have a demonstrated history of academic success.
